Lions coach Ivan van Rooyen introduces three changes in his team to face Benetton on Saturday 30 April, for their final home game of the United Rugby Championship.
Van Rooyen has brought Stean Pienaar in the backline replacing Rabz Waxwane, while up front, JP Smith start in the place of Sithembiso Sithole and Carlu Sadie will fill Ruan Dreyer’s gap.

Earlier this week Lions Scrum Coach Julian Redelinghuys has stressed the importance to execute effectively on the day, as their opponents is good at catching teams off-guard.
“The focus for us this week has been on better decision-making and keeping our structures when it comes to the fundamentals of the game which could ultimately give us the edge over the weekend,”
“We all know rugby is rewarding when you win, but to focus on the result won’t necessarily do the job for you. Our processes are what is key for us not only ahead of Saturday, but as building blocks for the future,” said Redelinghuys.

The clash will kick off at Ellis Park, 14:00.
