Banyana Banyana will be looking to improve their performance when they face the Netherlands in an international friendly match Tuesday, 12 of April.
The senior women’s national team is using this clash as preparation for the upcoming Women’s Afcon which will be held in Morocco from 2-23 July.
Coach Desiree Ellis is concerned that the team is not scoring as it should be…
The return of Jermaine Seoposenwe will be vital in helping Banyana upfront. Coach Ellis also stressed the importance of a strong midfield team in creating a formidable team going forward.
“Our midfield is key for us we gotta make sure that we can keep position for longer, and we also gotta make sure that we create opportunities especially for the front. At the back we gotta make sure that we become the team that is very organised at the back, defensively we must be very good, we gotta make sure that we get those three areas working ummh because we can’t have one area working and not others. That’s gonna be key for us in getting a good performance and also good results”
Defender, Lebohang Ramalepe seems to think Banyana have a good defence team.
“Jah O bolela nnete ko morago we got along cause go bolela nnete ke kgale redlala ka moka so the only thing that we need to is to discipline that’s all to make goalkeeper ya rona is not another attack a lot”
Hollywoodbets Super League player of the season, Bambanani Mbane believes Netherlands are the perfect yeast for Banyana ahead of a big tournament like the Women’s Afcon…
